About PropertyAdmin
PropertyAdmin keeps the money and the paperwork of renting and shared living straight: what’s owed, what’s been paid, who needs a reminder, and what the owner or the residents should see at the end of the month.
Who it’s for
- Agencies and property managers who look after other people’s buildings and send each owner a statement every month.
- Landlords who run their own units, with or without a caretaker.
- Compounds, where a secretary and committee share levies, notices and the sweeping rota among the households.
- Communities and estates, with streets, houses, dues, a gate, votes, meetings and an executive.
What it does
It tracks rent and levies and sends the reminders: by SMS or WhatsApp, because that’s what tenants and households read. It prepares each owner’s statement, runs repairs with photo proof, and gives a community its notices, rotas, gate log, votes and meetings.
Everyone sees what their role allows: a caretaker only their buildings, a guard only who’s expected at the gate, a household only its own.
What we believe
- We never touch rent, levies or dues. Tenants and households pay whoever they owe, directly. PropertyAdmin records it.
- Pay only for what’s in use. ₦250 a month for each occupied unit, ₦500 for each compound household, ₦250 for each lived-in community household, after a 14-day free trial. Empty units cost nothing. Pricing.
- Your data stays yours. We keep it only as long as it’s needed, never sell it, and you can ask for a copy or for it to be deleted. Privacy policy.
