For compounds
Levies, notices and the sweeping rota for your compound, kept straight.
For tenants who share a compound and its costs. Know who has paid for the cleaner and the water, what’s left in the kitty, and whose turn it is this week, without scrolling back through the group chat.
Everything a compound sorts out in the group chat
Contributions
A fixed amount from each flat, or a bill split between them. See who has paid, who part-paid and who hasn’t.
The kitty
Every payment in and every naira out, with the balance, so the books add up when anyone asks.
Notices
Fumigation, the tanker, a meeting. Post it once, share it to the group, and get a nudge to remind everyone on the day.
Duty rota
Sweeping, the gate, the drains: turns go round the flats week by week, marked done or missed.

Each levy lists every flat. Record a payment with its reference and it lands in the kitty straight away.

- Levy reminders go to one flat’s number, with the amount, due date and account to pay into
- Whoever is on duty this week gets a short reminder of their turn
- Everything posted stays in one list, so new tenants can catch up
Questions compounds ask
No. One person keeps the books, usually the secretary or chair. Everyone else gets the levies, reminders and notices as WhatsApp messages, in the group or to their own number.
No. Residents keep paying into the compound’s account by transfer or in cash. You record each payment and its reference, and it shows in the kitty.
The bill is divided between the households that pay, rounded up to the nearest ₦50. Empty flats are left out.
No. The compound section is run by residents for the costs you share among yourselves: the cleaner, the water bill, the gate, the drains.
₦500 a month per household. Empty flats aren’t counted, so eight flats with one empty cost ₦3,500.
